Southern Loft Shop will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site within 14 days of receiving your order. If there are any damages or problems with your order, please contact us within 3 days.
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. Please carefully review our policy below, if you have any questions please contact us.
Eligible returns are for merchandise exchanges or store credit only issued via email as a SouthernLoftShop.com E-gift card. Refunds will not be issued unless your merchandise is damaged or defective. All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. All shipping is non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end.

Exchanges are based on merchandise availability. If you would like to exchange your merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure availability. The original merchandise must be received before the new order can be shipped.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the our contact form here. Be sure to include your order number and purchase date for a faster return. If your merchandise is damaged upon receipt, please include a picture of the damage.
Merchandise should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging where possible. All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as Final Sale.
Customers are responsible for all return / exchange shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our end. You will receive a return shipping label via email and the shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit. Eligible returns will receive a store credit E-gift card within 5-7 business days.
